About Platinum Recall
Platinum Recall was founded in March 2008. Melanie Haehl, founder of Platinum Recall, is an industry professional and has spent many years working in the dental field as a dental hygiene coordinator, office manager, and dental consultant. She understands the importance of building long lasting patient relationships and the steps each office must take in order to succeed.
Vince Dilley came into the company in 2010. Vince received a bachelor's degree in business management from Utah Valley
University. He has worked in various sales, marketing and leadership positions and has an entrepreneurial drive to take
good businesses and turn them into great businesses. He owns various companies which include Equa Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) and a real estate management company, VDP Holdings. In early 2010 he acquired Platinum Recall which
has become an addition to Vince's experience in business process outsourcing. Since taking over Platinum Recall the
company has doubled the number of practices and patients Platinum Recall is serving. His vision of Platinum Recall is
to "make practice simple without losing the personal touch". Vince believes every practice operating today could
benefit from the recall service of Platinum Recall.
Platinum Recall pioneered the idea of taking recall out of the office and placing it on the shoulders of professionally trained recall specialists to increase recall productivity and relieve office staff from mundane, unproductive activities. Through innovative technology and highly-advanced business processes Platinum Recall is becoming one of the fastest growing patient recall systems available. This has proven to be a success for dentists, patients and staff in dental practices throughout the US and Canada.
Since March of 2008 Platinum Recall has produced millions of dollars in additional revenue for our clients.
